The recently released NTUC LearningHub New Jobs and Skills Report revealed the most popular jobs that employers are looking to fill and the skills that are most in demand across all segments.

The report includes a survey of more than 650 Singapore professionals as of December 2021. Respondents included employers and employees from six major job categories in Singapore, with the aim of expanding current business thinking, new jobs and skills, as well as like the training landscape.

The future of work is a hot topic right now. Many researchers are working hard to predict how this will evolve by 2030. Below are some key insights from the Institute for the Future (IFTF) and technology from Dell Research:
According to a study by the McKinsey Global Institute, based on a demand hypothesis and an average cost scenario based on a technology model, approximately 1 to 1.2 million jobs (20-25% of all jobs in CH) could be operational by 2030.
Although this figure may scare workers in Switzerland, according to the Institute for the Future (IFTF) and Dell Technologies, 85% of jobs in 2030 have not yet been created.
