How Will We Look Like In Heaven – Heaven is the real place where God’s people will live one day. In fact, heaven is where God and the angels live.

John 14:1-3 even says that Jesus is preparing a place to live in heaven. In heaven, those saved by God will have a new body without the curse of sin! Blind, deaf, or lame people will not be in heaven (Isaiah 35:5, 6 and Philippians 3:21). Although Jesus built a house in heaven, the Bible says that the survivors will build their houses, plant vineyards, eat and drink (Isaiah 65:21). Most importantly, God will be in heaven and He wants to be your friend. He wants to live with you and wipe away all your tears (Revelation 21:1-4).

Is heaven real? Is there a heaven? There are popular myths about heaven and its location. As the Bible says, the Universe is not only abundant, but also full of intelligent, friendly, kind people. The most amazing and surprising truth is that the road to heaven is not difficult. Our name in heaven is freely given to those who confess that God took our sins away from Him when Jesus died on the cross. When we ask for His forgiveness and a new heart to keep His commandments, He will freely give us both.

1) The word “heaven” (Hebrew shamim, Greek. Ouranos) means the abode of God. The Bible says, “The Lord has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over everything” (Psalm 103:19). The throne of God is mentioned in the mountain of God (Ezekiel 28:16).

2) Heaven also means the infinite planets, stars and galaxies of the universe. The Bible says, “When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars” (Psalm 8:3).

3) The Bible also describes the atmosphere around the earth as hard or solid (Genesis 1:7, 8). Note: To understand the three meanings of one of these meanings, one must study the biblical meaning.

After Jesus rose from the dead, he ascended to heaven. The Bible says, “Men of Galilee, why are you looking into heaven? The same Jesus who was taken up to you will come and see him entering heaven” (Acts 1:11). Before that, Jesus said to his disciples: In my Father’s house there are many mansions, if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you. I will come back again, and I will receive you where I am. You will be” (John 14, 2-3).

Popular mythology describes it as a beautiful place where demons play harps on the clouds or float at high speeds. But John 14:2-3 the Bible says that Jesus built a house in heaven for those who accept salvation. He designs real buildings with real equipment for real residents.

Also, when Jesus entered heaven, he said to his disciples: “But I say to you, I will not drink from this vine again until the day I drink it new with you in the kingdom of my Father” (Matthew 26:29). . This means that the true vineyards in heaven will produce true grapes.

The Bible even calls heaven a country (Hebrews 11:16). But before sin entered the world, the world was a physical paradise – a beautiful garden full of fruits, trees and animals. Also, when sin is finally removed from this universe, we will live as God intended for mankind when He first created the Garden of Eden, not as a spiritual cloud but in a visible paradise.

With the growing understanding of solar systems, planets, stars and galaxies, it is impossible to believe that humans are the only intelligent life in the universe. It makes sense to understand that in the universe that the Bible writers call heaven, there is even a country within the universe itself.

The Bible talks about the powers or the inhabitants of heaven and earth. “The heavens and the earth passed away, and their strength” (Genesis 2:1). The Bible says that creatures from other planets rejoiced in the creation of the earth. “When the morning stars sang together, all the sons of God shouted for joy” (Job 38:7). The Bible prophet Micah said: “I saw the Lord sitting on his throne and all the host of heaven standing on his right hand and on his left” (2 Chronicles 18:18).

The Bible: “He who does not love does not know God, for God is love” (1 John 4:8). Those who love God keep His commandments (John 14:15). Those who live in heaven obey the commands of God’s love (Psalm 103: 19-21).

Our bodies will be saved from sickness, pain and death in heaven (1 Corinthians 15:40-49). I will still have a body. The Bible says: For our patriotism is in heaven, which we eagerly await from our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will change our humble body to be like his glorious body (Philippians 3:20, 21). After Jesus’ resurrection, his body became flesh. Jesus said, Look at my hands and my feet, these are me. See me and see, for this spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see” (Luke 24:39). We can recognize those we love. The Bible says, “Now it is through a glass darkly, but we see. face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will know as I know” (1 Corinthians 13:12).

Real land, real homes, gardens, entertainment, loved ones are all part of the wonderful life that awaits those who are faithful to God’s Word. This becomes more difficult when we realize that the Bible tells us that much of human existence in the future will take place here on planet Earth and will be restored to its former perfection. This life will be free from disease, war, crime and harmful things. The next life will have this best life and more happiness beyond our imagination. (See Revelation 21:1–4; Isaiah 65:17–25; John 14:2, 3.)

The Bible teaches that Jesus will come again. He will not enter in secret, but all eyes will see (Revelation 1:7). Those who accept Jesus as their personal Savior at that time will be taken to heaven for a time. They will live and rule with Christ for a thousand years in the palaces that Jesus is building and in the new Jerusalem in heaven. And he will build the new Jerusalem on the ground. God will create a new earth with a new atmosphere, and that is where our heavenly life will be. (See Second Coming, Millennium)

Contrary to popular belief, the Bible says we do not go to heaven or hell when we die. We lie in the grave until the resurrection, as the Bible says: “Many who sleep on the earth will wake up, some will live forever, some will be ashamed and hated” (Daniel 12:2). (See: Death, Hell, Resurrection)

Ascension is not automatically trying to be good. The Bible says, “But you shall not bring in anything unclean or abominable or false, except in the Lamb’s book of life” (Revelation 21:27). It will be up to the participants to write their name in the Lamb’s book of life or not.
